Key Responsibilities:

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling general day-to-day ad hoc tasks 
  • Data entry
  • Compilation of weekly timesheet data for all personnel
  • Assisting with the development of administrative processes and procedures 
  • Coordinating with crew and supervisors onsite
  • Organizing and updating qualifications, conducting inductions, and collaborating with training providers
  • Overseeing the compliance matrix
  • Verifying personnel files for necessary updates and following up on outdated documentation required for workers’ job roles
  • Being solution-oriented, consistently seeking ways to enhance processes and procedures
  • Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendent/Supervisors and promptly addressing any requests
  • Acting and communicating with integrity

To thrive in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Certification in Business/Administration is highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
