Waste Truck Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver for work with our Newman based client. This role is within the Waste Division and has potential will be ongoing for the candidate. You will be working on front and rear lift vehicles.

The role is working 10-12 hours per day, Monday to Friday. There is Saturday work, usually every three weeks for about 6 hours.

The successful candidate will have the following licenses/ tickets and qualifications
• Current valid WA driver’s license, HR Unrestricted Licence
• Previous experience operating waste truck equipment will be highly regarded
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Proven attendance record
• The ability to pass an extensive medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

As part of the role, your main responsibilities and experience will include but aren’t limited too:
• Short and long-distance driving
• Manual labouring
• Strong focus on safety
• Ability to ensure procedures are followed always
