At Category 5, Safety isn’t just something we talk about, it is at the heart of everything we do, 24/7, 365 day a year. Making sure our employees are safe from the moment they leave home to go to work, until they return home at the end of their workday is our number one priority.
We are 100% committed to “Zero Harm” in the workplace ensuring the safety of both our people and our clients’ sites, is the prime focus of all key stakeholders in the Category 5 business and underpins everything we do. We aim to provide a supportive and healthy work environment for our employees and those affected by our activities. From providing the right PPE to ensure our employees are protected, through to ensuring they receive best practice industry standard induction and training for the role they will be performing, our commitment is to ensure all of our employees put their own safety and the safety of their co-workers, and the site they are working on, first.
An Individual Approach
At Category 5 we understand that our clients all have individual Safety needs, which relate to the industry and business they are in. Our team take the time to understand our clients’ safety needs and any possible hazards, so that we can tailor our induction, training and toolbox talks to their individual specifications. We believe preparation, and education are the keys to ensuring our employees are safe and maintain a safe work environment.
Safety Consulting
We can also offer our clients’ safety consulting services, working in partnership to ensure the safety of our people and their workplaces. With more than 70 years combined experience in the safety field, our training team work with clients and employees to minimise risk, without compromising on performance.
