Category 5 Labour Management is a leading provider of Rail, Marine, Industrial Services, Logistics and Trades personnel throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our client is a global organisation and a leader in environmental and industrial services. 

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team in Brooklyn VIC.

About the role

  • Creating billing documents and generating invoices 
  • Creating and reconciling purchase orders
  • Stock management and control
  • Assisting with shared email inbox and shared team tasks
  • Working closely with the finance team with end of month processes
  • Wages/payroll data entry

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • General administration and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP and G-Suite looked upon favourably.
