Category 5 Labour Management is a leading provider of Rail, Marine, Industrial Services, Logistics and Trades personnel throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Our client is a global organisation and a leader in environmental and industrial services.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team in Brooklyn VIC.
About the role
- Creating billing documents and generating invoices
- Creating and reconciling purchase orders
- Stock management and control
- Assisting with shared email inbox and shared team tasks
- Working closely with the finance team with end of month processes
- Wages/payroll data entry
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- General administration and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and G-Suite looked upon favourably.
