Category 5 Labour Management is a leading provider of Rail, Marine, Industrial Services, Logistics and Trades personnel throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our client is a global organisation and a leader in waste management industry.
We are looking for an experienced HC Yard Driver to join our site at Artarmon NSW.
- Day shift 6AM-2PM
- Full time hours
- ASAP start
You will be responsible for:
- Safely adopting docker procedures including reversing and manoeuvring trucks and trailers around onsite
- Pre-start safety checks on equipment
- Docking of trailers using tug or prime movers
- Packer and packer area housekeeping
- Co-ordinating quick hitches, live loading and parking of vehicles/trailers on the front apron.
- Set up trailers for preloading
- Communicating the tipping locations to drivers
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Unrestricted HC licence (non-syncro/road ranger gear box)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
