Category 5 Labour Management are proud to partner with our commercial landscaping client who specialise in delivering complete landscaping solutions, from design to construction, maintenance, irrigation and lot packages, providing end-to-end service expertise. This role is a casual ongoing position, with the potential to move into a permanent role, working 8-10 hours per day, Monday to Friday. ADHOC Saturday shifts may be required.
The Role -Landscaping Supervisor
- Delivering high quality landscape commercial projects through pre and post installation auditing, industry best practice and have excellent knowledge and standards of OH&S.
- Supporting teams to complete landscape commercial projects.
Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in all aspects of commercial landscape construction, including industry best practice, troubleshooting and safety principles.
- Reliable, punctual and have excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage staff and small-scale projects to the highest level of service and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective negotiation skill, the ability to problem-solve and demonstrate handover with Client.
- Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture will be highly regarded.
- Current manual Drivers License (MR or HR preferred) and White Construction Card.
