Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Handling general day-to-day ad hoc tasks
- Data entry
- Compilation of weekly timesheet data for all personnel
- Assisting with the development of administrative processes and procedures
- Coordinating with crew and supervisors onsite
- Organizing and updating qualifications, conducting inductions, and collaborating with training providers
- Overseeing the compliance matrix
- Verifying personnel files for necessary updates and following up on outdated documentation required for workers’ job roles
- Being solution-oriented, consistently seeking ways to enhance processes and procedures
- Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendent/Supervisors and promptly addressing any requests
- Acting and communicating with integrity
To thrive in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Certification in Business/Administration is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
