Receptionist

Category 5 Labour Management is a leading provider of Rail, Marine, Industrial Services and Trades personnel throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for a 3 – month contract with our reputable client. Your duties include, but are not limited to;

  • Control the reception area and provide the first point of contact for people dealing with the PPA including organisation of access when required.
  • Manage and direct all incoming phone calls, including providing professional and detailed messages to employees when unavailable.
  • Assist with arrangements for meetings including calendar bookings, ICT setup and catering requirements.
  • Other duties as requested by the HR Specialist and Director of Human Resources.

To be considered applicants must be meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in administration and/or similar reception roles.
  • Friendly disposition and enjoys communicating with people.
  • Excellent face to face and telephone communication skills.
  • A sound understanding of office administrative processes.
  • Able to learn and undertake a range of duties with limited supervision.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A
