We are a young, dynamic, and growth-orientated company offering a fast-paced and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a driven and energetic Recruitment and Mobilisation Administrator to join our fast-growing East Coast team.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail, they will be highly motivated with demonstrated experience getting workforces ready for upcoming jobs.
Duties will Include, but are not limited to;
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure workforces scheduled onto jobs are compliant and processes are followed
- Organising, updating qualifications, inductions and liaising with training providers
- Maintenance of internal and external systems to ensure they are kept up to date
- Supporting the team with onboarding of new personnel, saving documentation, setting up profiles, sending out inductions, following up and uploading into portals
- Keeping personnel files current, consistently checking for information needing updating and following up on out-of-date documentation required for workers job roles
- Processing new applications, building talent pools and assisting with recruitment drives
- Supporting the operations team with any recruitment requirements
- Providing regular updates to internal teams regarding the mobilisation of new workers and teams deploying to jobs
- Organising PPE stock and keeping track of it, office supplies, travel and accommodation as required
- Be solutions driven, consistently looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
- Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendent/Supervisors and actioning any requests in a timely manner
- Actively promoting Category 5 service offerings to new and existing clients.
- Acts and communicates with integrity in all client dealings, ensuring that all promises made are delivered on schedule and meet client’s expectations
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of national units of competency/qualifications
- Used to working in fast paced work environments
- Knowledge of Rail Industry Worker (RIW) advantageous
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and priorities under pressure
- Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Rail industry advantageous
