We are currently seeking experienced Labourer’s to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, on site in Hallam, Victoria. This position will be casual 3 months initial duration with potential to extend. Hours worked will be Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. (9 am to 5 pm). Overtime may be available if required.
Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
Duties Include:
- Support the recycling division by undertaking various labouring activities across the site.
- Manual Handling and sorting of material.
- Other duties include – operating conveyor densifier and housekeeping.
Experience & Qualifications
(Required)
- Prior Labouring Experience
- C Class Driver’s Licence
- Front End Loader RII or Forklift Licence (Preferred)

- Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
