Our client is an indigenous owned welding and fabrication business operating locally in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia.
The Role:
We are currently seeking applications for a Mobilisation Coordinator with previous mobing experience for a 3-month contract.
Your duties include, but are not limited to;
- Booking Flights and accommodation
- Manage local travel through appropriate processes
- Correspondence and roster management
- Daily reporting data entry and organisation of management systems
- Book pre-employment medical appointments
- Liaise with candidates to provide appropriate onboarding documents
The role will also entail working closely with the head office manager to support our project teams and to perform general administration and recruitment duties.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills with ability to prioritise tasks
- ERMS (BHP) Exp
- Scoddle (Rio Tinto) Exp
- Workflow Exp
- Microsoft Office skills
- Current C Class Driver’s License
